Newly built Lake Tahoe home. This cozy Mountain Theme home is just 3 short blocks to Lake Tahoe. In 5 minutes you can be on the beach or down to the meadow where you have a beautiful view of Mount Tallac. You can also access Lake Tahoe from this meadow. Only a few miles to the Casinos at Stateline, NV which are next to a beautiful shopping mall. The Reno Airport is just 1 hour away, and the Sacramento Airport is 2 hours away. The house is decorated with a 'Bear and Mountain Theme' Beautiful Granite countertops and slate floors. Three televisions and 2 have DVD players. The 'Kids' room has a TV with a DVD and video recorder. This cozy home can be very romantic with a simple switch of the many lights.

Real nice home
I stayed at the home with my two kids for a week. We loved the house. It has everything you need and everything works. The pool table is a great extra. The hot tub is a necessity after a day on the slopes. The home is only a few years old and in great shape. The location is perfect just a five minute drive to everything and three blocks from the lake. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
BEAUTIFUL AND COZY HOME
VRBO was recommended to me by a friend, but still I was a little weary to use the site. I relied on the reviews of the properties to help me narrow down which properties to look into. I called a couple of owners but one home and its owners really impressed me. Kathy and her husband were so courteous and were always available to answer any of my questions. I booked the home right away! Once we arrived at the home all of my friends told me what a great job I did at choosing the house. It was perfect. I went to South Lake Tahoe to celebrate my 30th birthday. There were 3 couples in our group. From the house it was literally a 7 minute cab ride to stateline. It took about 15 minutes to get to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort-which we loved!. The home is very close to grocery stores. It is also walking distance to a winery and a coffee shop and some restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook would need...we made breakfast and dinner several times and the kitchen had everything we needed! My main concern was the beds...they were so comfortable I didnt want to get out of bed! The pictures of the house on the site are great but once you actually see the house-you will be impressed even more! We are already planning our next trip! Loved this house!!! Thank you Mr. and Ms. Jabour for letting me celebrate my 30th birthday in your home. We had so much fun and we will definatly be back! Quiet, Comfortable and Highly recommended
We stayed in this lovely house with relatives from England, who wanted to see beautiful Lake Tahoe. It was a total of 4 adults and 4 children (12-7 yrs). The house fit all of us very well. It is centrally located to many great beaches. We would even stay there with just the 2 of us. After the kids were in bed a glass of wine, the incredible stars and the Hot tub helped relax all of us. The only disappointment (and I mean the only) was the backyard. The house is so beautifully built and maintained. We felt that more attention should be given to the backyard. The owners have done such a wonderful job of seeing that nothing is lacking. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
