Vacation Rental Partner

This place was just what we were hoping for--all of the comfort of home without the chores. This was a long weekend getaway for us, but everything would have been great for a longer stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the house was very clean and functional. Tons of space. If you have older kids, they can hang out downstairs and play ping pong in the garage while you relax upstairs. Quiet neighborhood, great for a walk to the lake. Easy to find, not on a main road but just a minute away, so stores, hiking, restaurants are within a few minutes. Definitely recommend this for a couple or couples on a getaway or a family looking for a ski or hiking base for a longer stay. Owner was very helpful when I had problems the first time I tried booking through the web.

First off ... we will be back. This is a beautiful, well-kept home. Let's get the "downers" out of the way. Well the property is not as far into the keys as we thought. It is located outside the gates of Tahoe Keys, a few streets away from the main gate. We imagined a very short walk to the pool, fitness center, tennis courts within Tahoe Keys but were a little far out for that. ($7/day per person for use of the indoor or outdoor pool facilities). Also the kids were looking forward to use of the ping pong table that was mentioned (but it is broken and unusable). The television is large but somewhat outdated so the color/quality/sharpness is a bit fuzzy. What's awesome? Great neighborhood in a quiet cul de sac. Superb kitchen, fully loaded, excellent gas stove and plenty of space to spread out buffet style food. Plenty of seating for comfortable eating at the table and bar. Lots of great family games to play (Taboo, Cranium). The hot tub is very clean and fits 4 adults easily. The rooms are very spacious and the master suite could COMFORTABLE accomodate 2-queen inflatable beds. TV and Dish network service in the master were a plus. Lots of linens and towels provided. Laundry room makes the stay even easier on packing. Living room is great for large gatherings and the two leather recliners were a BIG HIT and much sought after seats. The enormous L-shaped couch was comfy too. Caleb at the management company was quick to respond to questions when we couldn't get the hot tub to work the first night. He also was very accomodating to let us have a late check-out despite renters coming in after us on check-out day. This is a modern home, comforting amenities and our kids loved it (and the nice, fenced-in back yard) as did we. I am already trying to figure out when we can make it back !!

We stayed here with our extended family over Christmas. We had 10 people (and a baby) and had an amazing time! There were enough beds and space for everyone and everything was modern and up to date. The property manager was very prompt and helpful, even letting us in early since we overlooked the 4pm check in time. This was a great place to have our family Christmas, just a few minutes from the casinos/hotels in South Lake and some amazing skiing at Heavenly. It was also off the main road so we could take walks in the snow. The hot tub was a nice treat after skiing and especially nice surrounded by snow. We hope to be back next year for Christmas, and can't wait to try it out over the summer too!

We stayed at his house for the July 4th weekend, and everybody had a wonderful experience. The house was well appointed, the hot tub was excellent, and the back yard was very spacious and kept up well. The beach and marina access that come with this house are just a short walk away, and all of the amenities of South Lake Tahoe were merely a 5 minute drive. We give this house a strong recommendation for year round activities - skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. Truly a hidden gem!
