This newly built, professionally decorated, elegant home brings you right next to a panoramic view of a forested meadow. There are two streams running through it and you can enjoy a peaceful one-mile walk through the meadow to a secluded beach on Lake Tahoe. If you love nature, you will love this house. The upstairs living area has a large great room, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters. slate floors and a separate glass-enclosed dining area with views of the meadow. Off the kitchen is a circular staircase to a rooftop tanning deck. The nicely appointed master suite has a sitting area, as well as a large bathroom with an oversized tub and glass shower. Downstairs are three attractive bedrooms, one bath, a family room and an atrium. The backyard has a deck, hot tub, gas barbecue as well as direct access to trails where you can take quiet walks, cross-country ski, or snowshoe. Beautiful Home - Great Location
We found this property at the last minute and were very pleased. It's beautiful, very spacious, and has a great layout for hangning out and watching the snow. We had two families there (8 people) and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the "adventure" of running around the meadows and pulling the sleds around. The hot tub was great and the view very nice from there.We wished we could have stayed longer. The location felt secluded, but it was a quick jaunt to South Shore Restaurants, sled hills, Heavenly and the casinos. We'll definitely be back and you should certainly try it if you haven't already! Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
The most wonderful vacation!
My sister and her family were in town to visit so we decided to take a trip to Tahoe. After searching from more than hundred of vacation rentals, I came across this beautiful house. The pictures and description sounded good so I booked the place. When we arrived, the house, from the outside to inside, exceeded our expectation. We loved the layout of the house: from the stairways to the family, dinning room to the kitchen, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and hot tub. Everything was clean and beautiful. The pots, pans, dishes, and silverwares were also nice and clean. The only small comments that we have: (1) The sheets and pillow covers seemed to have some smell. But with the nice laundry room in the house, we were able to wash them. (2) The current pictures of the property do not show enough how beautiful and open the house is from the kitchen to dinning and family room... We, especially the kids, all loved our stay and will definitely come back and will recommend this house to our friends. If you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay and to release all of your stress, I highly recommend this wonderful house!!!!! Oh, one last thing: the booking agent, Michael, and the owners, De and Rob, were very nice and helpful. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

- Cancellation fee = 50% of total nightly charges until 14 days prior to arrival

a: The Meadow House is very centrally located, but a car is recommended to access skiing, the casinos and shopping. The closest public transportation stop is almost a mile away.
