Very enjoyable location and setting
We had a great time staying at this house and would do it again. The house was clean and well-maintained. The people we worked with to rent the home were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others as well as stay here again. The only constructive feedback would be that some of the beds squeak loudly and the mattresses need updating. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
Perfect vacation spot
We took a group of Senior in Highschool to Tahoe for a week. This house was the perfect place. The rooms were comfy, the TV and it had a well stocked kitchen. The kids had a great time fishing and relaxing in the hot tub! The staff was available for all the questions and re-started the hot tub when it accidentally went on sleep mode. I would use these folks again. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

a: Yes. The dock can accommodate 1-2 boats, depending on the water level.

How many cars can be parked in the driveway?
a: Three cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not park in the street during times of snow removal.
q: Is the use of the Tahoe Keys amenities included with the rental?
a: Sun & Ski Tahoe is within the TKPOA area, so the Tahoe Keys amenities including the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts can be accessed for a small additional daily fee with the rental of this home.
Check in and check out times
It may be possible to grant an earlier check in or a later check out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to check in or check out date.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 50% of total nightly charges until 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 100% of total nightly charges less than 14 days prior to arrival
