The location is both central and quiet, with access to hiking trails and national forest just up the street. Heavenly ski resort and the Stateline casinos are just 10 minutes away and only 5 minutes to the lake.
After a day filled with South Lake Tahoe's abundant outdoor activities, You'll love relaxing in the private 6 person hot tub. Enjoy spending time with the family in the living room that features ample seating, vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, along with two great flat screen TVs. If you're in a playful mood you can shoot some pool or hang out in the game room where there's a PS3 and Wii.

Great House & Amenities. Extremely Affordable
I've rented a lot of places in Tahoe over the years and this is by far the best. The house is large, with two floors that allow good separation between the living room/kitchen and bedrooms. There are two huge HD TVs both in the upstairs living room and downstairs. The apartment was extremely clean. The hot tub worked perfectly and wise crystal clear & clean. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and every destination is a close drive. Best of all the price was very affordable and the landlord and booking agency were both more than helpful when it came time to make the reservation.
I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family, and I plan to be back for ski season.
Great Price for an Amazing Weekend
Use this house as a home base for a weekend of broage. Perfect spot to kill time/recover while mentally preparing for the next outdoor excursion. Convenient location near Safeway, casinos, and marina area. Will rent this place again in the future.
Sweet Cougar Chetau
Love the master bathroom/shower room, everything still new here. Stayed over in August, so the weather is still warm. cozy bed, ipod players, wii, ps3, tv, printer, internet and this place is well maintain.
Hope to come back during winter time. I had a great time. Thank you!

It may be possible to grant an earlier check in or a later check out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to check in or check out date.

- Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 50% of total nightly charges until 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 100% of total nightly charges less than 14 days prior to arrival
