Four bedroom Sierra Shores townhomes are professionally furnished and adorned with the very best in luxury amenities including Viking appliances and natural stone finishes. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for 8-10, and preparing for a night out is very convenient as each of the four bathrooms has an endless supply of hot water. Four bedroom units are located on the second and third levels, and include a private elevator in each unit for convenient access.
All four bedroom units are identical in layout and furnishings, so please note that reservations are not specific to unit numbers.

if i could, i'd give 6 stars.
when you think of life as experiences combined with good people, you have it all here. stan and penny are the perfect hosts and the homes of sierra shores make any occasion amazing. we spent a snow filled weekend thr with a family gathering of nearly 30 just last weekend and everything was perfect. the kids played in the snow in the back. the adults soaked in the views and the warmth of the luxury interiors. easy access to stateline hotels, casinos, heavenly ski resort. we're still talking about it. we can't wait to book again hopefully this summer.
The Sierra Shores property is breathtaking
The Sierra Shores property is breathtaking, so well preserved and perfectly groomed. Not only was the unit clean, properly stocked with the basics, and had more amenities then I have ever had available to me while on vacation, but the property managers Stan and Penny were fabulous. During my families stay in March 2011 Penny went out of her way to make sure I had everything I could possible want or need during my stay. She helped refer me to a great restaurant, private chef for a night, Massage therapist, and much more. Definitely a 5 star service, receiving us promptly, checking us in, helping with our luggage, showing us around the property and inside the unit. We felt very well taken care of, I know they had a full guest list that weekend but we never felt unimportant. We we were able to ski all day, and enjoy a amazing dinner by the lake at night. This property and its managers are top notch and I would recommend you stay at Sierra shores on your next vacation to South Lake Tahoe. Its truly one of the many beautiful attractions in Tahoe.
Sierra Shores was a dreamy place
Sierra Shores was a dreamy place to vacation! The homes and views were spectacular and close to everything. Very high end and completely stocked to make you feel at home. The store is across the street which made running to grab anything a breeze. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. They did a fabulous job focusing the feel of the home with lots of glass doors showing off the beautiful lake and mountain view. Seriously breathtaking to look at over coffee or a fancy dinner. There is plenty to do close by as well at all times of the year. We have gone in the summer and enjoyed the lake just steps from our rental as well as hiking (ask the amazing innkeepers for any advice on where to go on an adventure, they have so much experience!). Winter has been amazing too with Heavenly only a few blocks away. My family has vacationed here a few times (best deal in town for what you get) and I will be going back for years to come!
Amazing Place!
Amazing place! My wife and I spent our honeymoon here in July and absolutely loved it! It's definitely the nicest place in South Shore, close to the casinos and stateline, and close to two piers with boating, kayaking, fishing, and sightseeing cruises. My wife and I went fishing in the lake, kayaking in Emerald Bay, and took a dinner cruise on the Tahoe Queen steamship, all of which were in walking distance or a short drive. (Except Emerald Bay-- we walked to the kayak rental place and then drove over to the bay). The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the incredible view of the lake! Whether you're standing in the kitchen, sitting in the living room, dining room, or BBQing some fish on the patio-- you're always looking at a beautiful view of the lake. The unit also has a gourmet kitchen stocked with plenty of plates and bar ware. They even have a Viking wine cooler, which worked out great to store a bunch of wine we bought in Napa on the way up. The inn keepers were super helpful too, giving us directions to a variety of hiking trails and places to check out. They organized a gourmet chef to come to our unit and cook us an amazing 4 course dinner. They even lent us a flashlight to use in the parking lot at the Shakespeare Festival at Sands Harbor-- it's pitch black there when the show ends, and it's out in the middle of nowhere by the lake. We will definitely return, maybe for our anniversary! Couldn't have had a more relaxing honeymoon-- highly recommend to anyone.

The on-site inn keepers are well connected in South Tahoe. They can help you plan boat rentals, bike rentals, or recommend great hiking trails. They can also arrange for a personal chef to come to your unit and prepare a full-course meal. They can even arrange in-room ski and boot fitting!
q: I enjoy cooking, is the kitchen stocked?
a: In addition to a full compliment of professional Viking kitchen appliances, each kitchen has been fully equipped with essential cooking utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, and serving plates. Food is not supplied but there is Safeway (with a Starbucks inside) located directly across the street.
q: Is transportation available to Heavenly during the ski season?
a: Yes, there is a Blue-Go shuttle stop less than fifty yards from the Sierra Shores entrance that runs to the Heavenly Village gondolas.
q: Do any of the units allow smoking?
a: No, Sierra Shores is a non-smoking complex - smoking is not permitted in any units or in the common area.
q: How about pets?
a: No, pets are not allowed in any unit or in the common area.
