This lovely Gardner Mountain Home is on a cul-de-sac that backs right into the tahoe mountains. There have been recent upgrades throughout this lovely home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it a great fit for a family and friends getaway. There is large fenced-in private backyard where you can enjoy entertaining, grilling, or just lounging in the 7-person hot tub. The garage fits 1 car and there's space on the driveway for 2 more (3 total). Close to shopping, skiing, biking, hiking, and the beach.

Very spacious outdoor area with a fenced in backyard, 7 person hot tub, and grill. Great for family fun and privacy.
2.The kitchen has recently updated stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals.

Perfect in every way!
Gardner Mountain Hone
Beautiful Home! Spacious, modern and very clean. Everything was well stocked and thought out. It was close to the bike trails which was important to us as we were riding our bikes around Lake Tahoe. The hot tub was fabulous after our ride. There is a Raley's grocery store just 5 minutes away. Close to the casinos but far enough away to avoid the busy tourist feel. Loved the location! Would highly recommend. My only suggestion to the owner would be to add a blender to the kitchen (it was advertised that there was one and we came supplied to make smoothies).

This is the closest full service grocery store.
Camp Richardson
Ultimate south shore summer destination if you're looking for lake and water activities. There's also a fun outdoor restaurant called The Beacon that often has live music.
Emerald Bay State Park
One of the most photographed places in the world is only 6.5 miles away! Emerald Bay is a beautiful place that offers fun activities such as hiking and boating.

It may be possible to grant an earlier check in or a later check out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to check in or check out date.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 50% of total nightly charges until 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 100% of total nightly charges less than 14 days prior to arrival
