Beautiful House!
Some friends and i rented this cabin for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house itself if spacious and beautiful with a great deck for BBQs. It's also in a great location near many of the south lake Tahoe attractions. I would definitely recommend renting it out.
Excellent place to stay in Tahoe!
We had a really great time at the house- it was very clean, has excellent furnishings, plenty of space for a larger groups of people, has everything you need for a great visit, and is in an awesome location not far from the lake. The view off the deck is gorgeous and peaceful, and the bbq at the house worked great. We enjoyed having such a good entertainment (tv and stereo) system, and the pool table got plenty of use. If and when I'm making another trip back to Tahoe I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again! Great Tahoe house
Just returned from a great weekend vacation in Tahoe. This house was what we were hoping for, lots of space and comfortable. Plenty of beds, nice kitchen and living room, and excellent for entertainment with great tvs and stereo system. Thanks for such a great house! a: Yes - Bear Mountain is located in Montgomery Estates, which is a hilly and wooded neighborhood that has several places to take the kids sledding.

a: Yes - there is a propane grill on the back deck for your grilling enjoyment!
q: Is there a bedroom on the main living floor?
a: Yes - the main living area is on the second floor, as is the master bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor.

It may be possible to grant an earlier check in or a later check out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to check in or check out date.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 50% of total nightly charges until 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation fee = 100% of total nightly charges less than 14 days prior to arrival
